Erik Foster is a LEED AP and co-chair of the Real Estate Group of Moye White LLP, where he has practiced law for 24 years. Erik has a BA from Colorado College and a JD from the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. Erik is a member of Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association. He assists developers in obtaining LEED “green building” certification for their special projects, and counsels contractors, architects and engineers in the proper drafting of LEED requirements for their special disciplines.
Dominick Sekich is a LEED AP lawyer with Moye White. He graduated with a BA from Colorado College, an MS from London School of Economics and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. He provides strategic counsel to clients in complex real estate, corporate, communications, internet, utilities and regulatory matters. He focuses on “green” building principles, energy conservation and environmentally sustainable development. He devotes time to support causes that seek to support growth while conserving the historical significance of neighborhoods.
