Michael Vail of Water Legacy, a Colorado based company that dares to ask: How long will we continue to flush our toilets with drinking water?
Mike Vail is the CEO and Co-Founder of Water Legacy LLC. Water Legacy LLC is a US Manufacturer of a graywater reuse system for toilet flushing. Mr. Vail was struck with a passion for water conservation through reuse 6 years ago after seeing a news report about current water shortages and realizing that we still flush toilets with our drinking water. Since that time Mr. Vail has been on a mission to “STOP FLUSHING OUR DRINKING WATER”. Mr. Vail has also become active in other regulatory efforts and most recently helped HB 1204 in the State of Colorado get passed, which will require that the State Plumbing Board make water conservation a consideration in the code adoption process.
