Come tour the first LEED for Homes entered into the Parade of Homes and the first EPA WaterSense home in the State. This showcase home, built by GJ Gardner, boasts a 9.5 kW photovoltaic system and metering, a 10 ton geothermal system that provides both heating and cooling, extremely low VOC's, and is certified under EPA's new WaterSense program.
